Purpose. The first three modules were mostly about seeing — how the mind works, how cause and effect run, how to wake up. This module is about doing. The tradition is intensely practical: it lays out an actual training program for becoming a clearer, kinder, steadier person. We'll start with the three-line summary that holds the whole thing, walk the famous Eightfold Path as a way of living rather than a creed, see how its eight factors fold into three trainings, spend real time with meditation, and finish by building a daily practice you can actually sustain.
What you'll practice in this module
Using the three-line summary as a daily compass, walking one factor of the Eightfold Path at a time, balancing the three trainings, sitting a simple meditation, and assembling a short, repeatable daily practice that fits a real life. Keep your practice journal going.
