Purpose. In Module 1 we drew a map and agreed to test everything ourselves. Now we go inside. This module takes apart the thing you call "me" and looks at how it actually runs — the parts that make up a person, the mind that sits at the center of them, the recurring pulls that cloud it, and the simple loop of impulse, action, and result that quietly shapes a whole life. We end with the one observation that loosens the most suffering: that nothing you're made of stays still, and none of it is quite as solid or as "yours" as it feels.

What you'll practice in this module

Watching your own experience break into parts, catching the mind's three habitual pulls in real time, tracing an action back to the intention behind it, redesigning one corner of your daily life to grow a better habit, and meeting change without bracing against it. Keep using the practice journal you began in Module 1.
